Refund & Returns Policy
No refunds, returns or exchanges are available for electronically delivered goods such as E-Books, Audiobooks, software, subscriptions, etc.
Physical goods that are printed on demand are covered under the third party/fulfillment company’s guarantee. This normally entails Exchange or replacement for items that do not meet quality or workmanship expectations, for 30 days from the date of the sale. For apparel items, no refunds or exchanges are offered for items that do not fit or if the incorrect size was ordered.
Physical goods that are shipped directly from the seller are 100% satisfaction guaranteed by the seller for 30 days after the date of the sale, excludinng shipping costs. Cost of goods will be refunded or exchanged at the seller’s discretion, and upon return of the item by the customer to the seller, if requested. Shipping costs will be covered or reimbursed by the seller in the case of provable damaged or substandard goods.
